Q: How can I collect my favorite characters?

A: Collect Tokens! Each character can be unlocked by collecting the required number of tokens shown on the Collection screen. When viewing the character, tap the Find button to see where you can get tokens for that character. Some character tokens can also be purchased from packs in the Store.

Q: Why can't I use the characters I just collected in this battle?

A: If you're playing the Nuts or Dolts battle modes, you can only bring Nuts or Dolts characters into their respective modes. Keep playing to unlock Club Fights, which allows you put all your characters onto your team!

Q: Why did I lose this battle?

A: To better understand what's going on in each battle, try tapping and holding on the little icons that appear above the character to see if they might be stunned, slowed down, or weakened in some way. Some of your characters can heal and remove debuffs, so pay attention to what opponents are doing so you can counter it. If all else fails, come back to the battle after you've leveled up your characters, equipped more Junk, or upgraded their Star Level by collecting more tokens.

Q: I found a bug! What do I do?

Q: Can I choose who to attack? It doesn't seem to be working.

A: Tap on an opponent character to target them in battle. If it doesn't work, that means another opponent character is Taunting. When one or more characters Taunt, they have to be targeted by single-target attacks until Taunt goes away. Roy Bot, who everyone starts the game with, can Taunt too! Try it against your opponents!

Q: Why can't I train my character? I tap the + button and nothing happens!

A: You can only train a character once have accumulated enough XP crates to actually increase the character a full level. Earn some more XP and you'll be able to train once you can level up completely.

Q: I don't see my favorite GPK character listed and I'm sad about it!

A: We understand! Unfortunately, we couldn't include every GPK character ever made in the game, because it would make your phone explode, and we can't be liable for exploding phones. What do we look like, Samsung?

Q: Wait, am I really out of energy? It says here that I have energy, but when I try to do this battle I need more energy!

A: There are two kinds of energy: Energy and Special Energy. Energy is for Nut Battles (Normal and Hard) and Dolt Battles (Normal and Hard). Special Energy is for Calamity Club Fights. When you run out of one type of energy, go use the other! You might level up and get more energy to spend!

Q: Wait, why can't I do this Hard Mode battle anymore? I want to collect more tokens for my favorite character!

A: You can only do each Hard Mode battle three times per day. Come back tomorrow to play it again!

Q: I beat someone in the Arena but I didn't get a prize, why not?

A: For each battle you win, you earn leaderboard points. Every day at Midnight Pacific time, prizes are distributed based on your leaderboard position. If you have more points and rank higher in the leaderboard, you get better prizes!
