We’ve had another client update, and arguably the most basic fix (putting stuff in the game that was supposed to be there but somehow neither Producers nor Devs noticed it was missing even after their absence was brought to your attention multiple times) still has not been done. You say “whoops! Sorry, well do that next client update!” But you don’t.
It’s clear that the game isn’t producing income the way you’d expect/want as producers.
So either shutter it now and stop acting like things are fine, or hire someone to get your supposed dev team to do some actual work to fix these “bugs” which frankly are really basic and should’ve been checked before release.
Call this an open beta. Because that’s what it is.
Honestly, you should be embarrassed at this point by your product. You have people who want it to succeed and want to pay, but can’t because the programmers either don’t know how to do their jobs, or they’re mis-prioritizing.
Be developed two games, one actively and one as part of QA. There’s no good excuse for the state of the game. Need a project manager to get stuff back on track? Hire me. I’d love to work on a GPK product.
But I’m guessing that the game will stop getting updates soon and we’ll never even get all the Junk in-game that should’ve been there on day 1.
Be embarrassed Jago. Fix it or move on.
