    Oof. That compensation is... uh... not ideal. I can't blame you for leaving after that. As much as I love the game, I can't say I'd stick around either if that happened to me.

    I'm sorry to hear that! Regarding your xp you probably had the same amount as i do. Dont´t know if it helps but then maybe they get an idea of how much it may have been. It is a lot. Same goes for material, its thousands.

    That's helpful, Gpk4ever - it was certainly a good pile of XP that got wiped. I also purchased a massive crate of XP from the store and never cracked a single one of them...

    Hi everyone,

    As those of you who submitted tickets to Customer Service know, you were asked to provide some additional information about what your previous inventory state was so that we could bring you up to speed. The initial update (which distributed the same inventory to everyone affected) was meant to get you to a state where you could resume playing the game and to show that we mean business when it comes to restoring your accounts.

    We appreciate that many of you have provided additional information to Customer Service so that we could update your inventory data. We're nearly done processing the rest of those requests. Our goal is to get everyone more or less up to speed, which takes longer both to collect the information and to enter the proper data into the system, so we appreciate your patience.

    I understand that losing your progress is frustrating and I hope that within the next hour or so, you'll see that your progress has been restored and you can continue on as if nothing had happened.

    Symphily, duplicating messages between the forums and Customer Service is unnecessary. Your inventory has been updated to reflect the information you provided in your latest message to Customer Service.

    The heap just continues to grow.... zero progress in any updates to the game. Game is still boring as heck... only here because I like GPK and want this app to do well. But I’ve wished for a long time that Topps would just come out with a digital card collecting app instead of let this be the mobile life of gpk. Or at least they will realize this is too much for Jago to handle.
