GPK April 2022 Update - Spring has Sprung (better late than never!)

Spring has sprung, and all of us here at GPK: The Game HQ have noticed a little extra bounce in our step. Some of us have also noticed our ears getting floppier, our front teeth getting longer, and strange cottony protrusions from the seats of our pants. Somebody in the HR department finally asked a doc what’s up, and the diagnosis is in: we’re all Easter Rabid! It might sound bunny – er, funny – but it’s actually been pretty cool. So much so that we decided to make it the theme of our latest update!
Naturally, that means an Easter Parade of new characters: Barney Bunny will hippity hoppity stomp his way into your heart, while Esther Basket is just the card you need to get a handle on your opponents. And if you carrot all about collecting loot, you’ll want to grab your lucky foot and take a crack at our eggspansive new slate of Special Events!
So if you’re ready to become a basket case, come on and get hoppy – get Easter Rabid today!

2 characters and 1 is a reskin?!?!?!?! We now have TWO Barneys in this game and ZERO Shanes. Just imagine the disappointment on my face as I type this and think about what you did. Do you know what you could do to make this up to me? Put some new characters in the Calamity Club Store, for one. Or showcase a 2022 Roadmap. Or have another contest. Or pick a few items out of the Game Feature Request forum and surprise us. I'll give you a few to choose from: Name select (A or B), Saved Teams tab/rotation, a use for leftover character tokens (like a new store with an exclusive character), option to sort collection by power/A-Z/etc, turn bars during battles, ability to sim any event you've 3-starred, rewarding me with a unique character that one-hits any card, rewarding me with unlimited gems, rewarding me with several million coins, honorable mentions of my numerous contributions to this game at your annual award ceremony, or whatever. I'm not greedy.

Certainly not better than later as this update is still very buggy.
Same bugs still not touched, like the right button in non collected cards, the delay when pressing the enter button in events, takes about 5 seconds to get into the events screen.
And now there is a lot more dodges throughout the game, so where worm wars used to take me 40 mins to complete it's now taking an hour.
And Arena is just ridiculous, I've lost 3 matches in a row because I get one attack from one character and the AI just has anywhere from 5 to 10 before I next get my go, it's way to one-sided.
I thought these updates were here to make the game play better and not worse as it is very disappointing to play or pay for a game which is getting less enjoyable

Chained Shane being able to see abilities for locked characters... I thought that went out months ago and we did announce it?
Ringo76 nothing has changed about AI or dodge calculations. Sorry to say but it sounds like you just had a lot of bad luck very quickly.
Right button in uncollected cards is set for next update. We haven't had much bandwidth to fix bugs because there's been a major change in progress for a while We'll talk more about that in the coming weeks.

Nothing to do with bad luck, if you don't get a fair chance at a battle in Arena.
And this has only happened in the latest update, which came out in the apple store yesterday, so something behind the scenes has changed.
As before then, if I lost to an AI team, it's more down to me doing the wrong decision, which is fine.
But in these ones I had no chance
