I'm in level 35. Somehow almost all my characters are missing. All my progress is lost.

I also lost a year-and-a-half of progress, LVL 70, all but Pink Lemon Nadine unlocked, and more than half at a full 7 stars. There have been many bugs that I've ignored, but this is B.S. If it isn't fixed, I'm done!
Edit: I forgot to add that not only is everything lost, but it's back to the opening "training fights" that the game starts with, so clearly everything was wiped.

My current update is that my characters have come back and seem correct in their leveling. My Allies are still missing. My achievements seem to be as it was before this 2nd reset. My achievements had been reset a month ago and had to start over and it seems it went back to where I left off the 2nd time around, so not completely back to where I was initially. Another thing that reset was the Daily events. I’m back to Tier T1. It had also reset my Worm Wars progress as I had started it this morning, but it also wiped all of my Worm Wars victory count to Zero. My Arena ranks are also Zero. I’ll update again if I find more errors.

I have the same problems as Testy Tony since yesterday. I lost all my progress and got i back when i reinstalled the game (Ihpone xs). This happened 3 times.
But I don´t think we are alone with this problem, this is my oldschool friend Ringo76:
Characters 5/86?? Should be 86/86. Is the problem that i can´t see others progress or is the progress reset for his account? Ringo76.

Thankfully I still have all my characters, otherwise that would have been 3 years of grind wasted.
But like everyone else my achievements and arena is broken and at one point I had lost yesterdays progress in worm wars and events but that came back eventually.
Obviously they have to move everyone over to the new server but it's been anything but smooth.
Oh and the activities timer for bonus energy isn't working at all, not been able to get any so far.

It seems that things have stabilized. My achievements, activities, Worm Wars & Daily Events haven’t reset this morning, but neither has any character I used Energy on yesterday as I can’t go for their character tokens today. The Arena and my Allies is still not functioning correctly. My Allies says “Max Ally Limit reached” at 0/46. I do seem to receive Ally Tokens, but I can’t send anyone any, which sucks.

I just checked my Arena battle history and it’s wrong. Yesterday I fought only 3 battles as it’s wasn’t worth continuing fighting as I can’t advance, but when checking my fight history, it said I lost 2 of the 3 fights, when in reality, I won all those fights! Even that is messed up!

It's VERY clear that this was a MAJOR F' up. Everyone seems to have had slightly different results from the update. Luckily some of you seem to have had your stuff restored (minus some lingering bugs), but I still HAVE NOTHING, the game is still starting me at the beginning. Can any of the Devs get back to me on this?

I can confirm at least for me that the Arena is working properly. I finally was able to move from rank 501 to 1 with no problem.
My Allies on the other hand, are still missing and I can’t give them the tokens they deserve. I do receive tokens from my Allies, but it’s a lot fewer than I’m use to getting. I’m assuming it’s because not all of them can hand out tokens like me. -
Update: While I seem to have gotten most of my progress back, I am still having issues.
1) Nuts/Dolts Fights not resetting: since I got my progress back, none of the fights I complete are resetting back to (5) preventing me from getting further Tokens from those battles.
2) Allies issues: as others have reported I'm not getting coins from any allies, but also while I can see the names of all of my allies, about 3/4 of them permenantly say "SENT" and if I click on them I get a message saying "Additional information about this player is currently unavailable. It will return as our systems update."
3) Inbox count seems to be broken: my Inbox has a number on it, even while empty. This problem is not new, but it seems much more frequent now.
