UPDATE 1:
Here's where we're at:
- Issues with importing accounts into the new version that previously only used the old version should be resolved at this point. What that means it that the import process is working properly now, but for people who experienced some data loss before, fixes still may be necessary.
- We can flag accounts for complete re-import, but be aware that doing so will reset progress to the last time you played the previous version. Obviously if your card inventory was messed up this is worth the trouble, but please let us know if you have (for example) made gem purchases in the mean time, because your currency balances will also revert to their previous state. We can reimburse you for this.
- Many players have had issues with Arena Rank and some users have had issues with being able to play Nuts, Dolts, and Club battles. These require client fixes.
- Speaking of client fixes, we're testing a hotfix update to the game right now. It should fix the above issues, along with some others we've seen. I'll have a full, detailed changelog for that update as soon as it's out.
Automated detection of broken Ally lists should be rolling out soon. If you have SOME but not ALL of your allies accounted for, your account may need to be flagged for repair manually. Please contact customer service if this is the case.

Hey everyone,
Well, as we suspected might happen, the backend upgrade (which we had to do) did not go as smoothly as it could have. Here's a rundown of what happened:
By coincidence, our service provider experienced an outage around the same time we increased the availability of the new version of the game. This is why a number of early upgrades went fine but some later upgrades that occurred around Thursday, June second had errors.
The outage resulted in inconsistent behavior that affected players in the following ways:
- Some cards data was not properly transferred from old accounts to new accounts
- Some allies data was not properly transferred from old accounts to new accounts
- Some achievements data was not properly transferred from old accounts to new accounts
- Progress towards various goals, such as completing battles or collecting achievements, was not being saved
- PvP ranks displaying as 0, resulting in weird behavior in the Arena
- Card Junk upgrades not being saved properly
Where are we at now?
- All issues where progress is not saved during the session should be resolved (please let me know if you're still seeing this)
- For many users, the data migration did occur correctly but the data was not loading or correctly when opening the game OR saving when progress was made... but these issues have been resolved.
- For a few remaining users, data migration did NOT occur correctly. We are working on some scripts to automate detection of this issue when players log in. When this happens, we will initiate a re-import of some or all player data from the old server, which will restore the account to the proper pre-migration state. This pertains specifically to the ally list and card inventory.
I will try to keep this thread updated with the latest info.

UPDATE:
- We had some intermittent connectivity issues over the weekend. This should be resolved now.
- A script to automatically detect broken Ally imports has been deployed and should reimport ally lists automatically when necessary.
- We now have the ability to manually flag an account for COMPLETE reimport from our old servers. If you feel that your data was lost and you want your account reimported, please contact customer support via the Settings screen in the app.

Finally got the update after a few log in issues (took about 90 minutes uninstall reinstall) looks like I only lost my gems and arena currency. Although I wasn't to happy that when I finally got the release the current event is down to the last day and now the events down to the last day and the event won't even update. I still have the arena issues too.

BIGGYPINES 0-46 in 9 hours is accurate. Club energy should be 1 every 12 minutes. 9*60/12=45. Normal Energy is double that, 1 every 6 minutes.

My energy is back to normal but the Allies list is still half empty with ones that haven't updated?
So like with the Arena it's split into two.
But the characters tokens aren't refreshing daily, it's annoying when you only have one character you can update (Esther Basket) and have been unable to do so for 4 days now.
And notifications are still buggy as usual, only get half the alerts of energy or arena battles.
But these have never been fixed

It looks like everything finally came back. My Allies are finally visible. Unfortunately all of the progress I made during all this craziness has been reset back to before the day of the update. Every character I upgraded during this fiasco is back to where they were before the update. All the money and tokens earned during this time was lost, so it’s like I hadn’t played all that time. I don’t know how far back they rolled back, but it’s kind of a ways back as the characters I had been working on had lost a lot of progress. Most noticeable was Double Heather who I had almost completed her junk level 7 to max, but now I’m missing 3 junk slots with almost no progress on those 3 slots. During this mess, I managed to complete her and maxed her out, but now I’m way back in her progress. I had her at Max Power level 2900, but she’s now 2620. She lost a lot. Others I lost progress on were Barney Bunny, Stung Steve, Fryin’ Ryan, Gassy Gus, Butchered Butch & Shark Attack Zack. Barney lost a star level and all the rest lost Token progression.

Just added this to another post, but wanted to add it here.
While I seem to have gotten most of my progress back, I am still having issues.
1) Nuts/Dolts Fights not resetting: since I got my progress back, none of the fights I complete are resetting back to (5) preventing me from getting further Tokens from those battles.
2) Allies issues: as others have reported I'm not getting coins from any allies, but also while I can see the names of all of my allies, about 3/4 of them permenantly say "SENT" and if I click on them I get a message saying "Additional information about this player is currently unavailable. It will return as our systems update."
3) Inbox count seems to be broken: my Inbox has a number on it, even while empty. This problem is not new, but it seems much more frequent now.
