UPDATE 1:
Here's where we're at:
- Issues with importing accounts into the new version that previously only used the old version should be resolved at this point. What that means it that the import process is working properly now, but for people who experienced some data loss before, fixes still may be necessary.
- We can flag accounts for complete re-import, but be aware that doing so will reset progress to the last time you played the previous version. Obviously if your card inventory was messed up this is worth the trouble, but please let us know if you have (for example) made gem purchases in the mean time, because your currency balances will also revert to their previous state. We can reimburse you for this.
- Many players have had issues with Arena Rank and some users have had issues with being able to play Nuts, Dolts, and Club battles. These require client fixes.
- Speaking of client fixes, we're testing a hotfix update to the game right now. It should fix the above issues, along with some others we've seen. I'll have a full, detailed changelog for that update as soon as it's out.
Automated detection of broken Ally lists should be rolling out soon. If you have SOME but not ALL of your allies accounted for, your account may need to be flagged for repair manually. Please contact customer service if this is the case.

Hey everyone,
Well, as we suspected might happen, the backend upgrade (which we had to do) did not go as smoothly as it could have. Here's a rundown of what happened:
By coincidence, our service provider experienced an outage around the same time we increased the availability of the new version of the game. This is why a number of early upgrades went fine but some later upgrades that occurred around Thursday, June second had errors.
The outage resulted in inconsistent behavior that affected players in the following ways:
- Some cards data was not properly transferred from old accounts to new accounts
- Some allies data was not properly transferred from old accounts to new accounts
- Some achievements data was not properly transferred from old accounts to new accounts
- Progress towards various goals, such as completing battles or collecting achievements, was not being saved
- PvP ranks displaying as 0, resulting in weird behavior in the Arena
- Card Junk upgrades not being saved properly
Where are we at now?
- All issues where progress is not saved during the session should be resolved (please let me know if you're still seeing this)
- For many users, the data migration did occur correctly but the data was not loading or correctly when opening the game OR saving when progress was made... but these issues have been resolved.
- For a few remaining users, data migration did NOT occur correctly. We are working on some scripts to automate detection of this issue when players log in. When this happens, we will initiate a re-import of some or all player data from the old server, which will restore the account to the proper pre-migration state. This pertains specifically to the ally list and card inventory.
I will try to keep this thread updated with the latest info.

UPDATE:
- We had some intermittent connectivity issues over the weekend. This should be resolved now.
- A script to automatically detect broken Ally imports has been deployed and should reimport ally lists automatically when necessary.
- We now have the ability to manually flag an account for COMPLETE reimport from our old servers. If you feel that your data was lost and you want your account reimported, please contact customer support via the Settings screen in the app.

Everything was swell until I logged back in about 12 mins before Arena reset only to be stuck at "poking server." On my third try just a few minutes to reset, I got sent to a special dimension where all my allies were gone and there wasn't anyone in Arena to fight with a "No Opponent Found" message. Logged in a little over an hour later and while my allies and Arena were back to normal, I couldn't send any ally points out as they appear to be stuck in "sent" status until the next reset. None of my dolts/nuts fights reset either. This is quite the multiverse we've got going!

Something similar happened to me like Garbage Day except it happened as I ended a match. It was about 20 minutes ‘til Arena ends, I beat my opponent for the 3rd place slot and I got stuck on the victory screen. It wouldn’t load after minutes trying to get my victory officially announced. I decided to just reboot the game and couldn’t get back on. I ended stuck again on the Poking Server screen. I couldn’t get on for the remainder of Arena and couldn’t advance like normal.

Perhaps our skills in Arena have overloaded this reality and the cosmic garbage keepers have placed us in a temporary pocket dimension to contain the power... or perhaps we all deserve special tokens for our trouble!
But in all seriousness, I hope we won't lose too many people over this. I lose an average of three allies a month due to inactivity so I'm hoping there's something helpful in the pipeline. I'm definitely not anywhere close to the worst case here as I did eventually get a full reset once I woke up and logged in. Still, hang in there guys/gals. Sounds like Aaron & co. are doing their best to patch things up. How about a whole day's worth of WW tokens for everyone?

Ok i am about done with this game...now im losing the ally packs i but and open, events reset almost everyday(i have made it to the 6th battle twice now) new unlocked charcters disappear(along with upgrade items used)and nuts battles lvl 6 gets reset on me often
I dont have faith to buy anything in the store and starting not even want to play when i constantly keep lossing things...this compensation package better be huge!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This whole event this month has been a bust nothing gained has been kept so far

I’m having an issue where I get to 10th place in the arena and it won’t show any more people to battle. In effect, I cannot progress past 10th place. This is especially annoying since I have to spend gems to get there. I’ve probably wasted 500 gems getting to 10th (over several days), only to not be able to progress past that point.
edit: yes, this seems to be happening at ranks 9, 10, and 11.

Finally got the update after a few log in issues (took about 90 minutes uninstall reinstall) looks like I only lost my gems and arena currency. Although I wasn't to happy that when I finally got the release the current event is down to the last day and now the events down to the last day and the event won't even update. I still have the arena issues too.

I am having the following issues in addition to some of the other already listed issues after updating:
* 40 Collection Power points are missing from my total. Randomly disappeared after updating.
* Allies player profiles CP now only show their team CP totals, no longer show their actual total CP’s.
* The first Ally on my list is glitched. I can never send them tokens and the status/screen label next to their name always show as “sent”.
* Battle and instant win battles award almost 0 cards now/cards are very rarely awarded. There are several characters that I estimate I am short 15 or so cards.
* Flashback Attack event ended with only one chance of participating. Will this event be reran?
* Stuck on “poking server” for long periods of time and having to restart app quite frequently.
* Worm wars opponents sometimes have cards totally disappear or flicker on and off when attacking. Sometimes the intended damage amount is removed from my player/card and sometimes not.
I have already submitted a ticket for most of these items two days ago fyi.

Aaron (GPK Producer) sorry for the delay I got side tracked poking the servers............ that's a joke........kinda. the jago Topps screen always loads no issues same with the next character screen then comes my nemesis the map[layout screen always with the Please wait message currently poking servers message. After awhile it usually force closes with no error message if I zone out to poking servers and my screen goes black I turn the screen back on but the game screen is all black and stays that way so I end up closing out the game and reopening it (after clearing the gam from my recent app screen) about 10-15% of the time I get the adam bomb message "error adam bomb has bombarded our servers! Please wait while we are working on a fix" followed by player id.. when I get this I just close it out and start over. There's a 5% chance I get the generic error message "error in connecting server! Press retry to connect again!" Which does nothing I can push that button as many times as I please the message never goes away and I've never reconnected so you guessed it I close the app I clear the app and then I open the app.......I did log in every 4 hours except when sleeping amd some times at the hour change to see what's in the bazaar but I'm lucky to get in 2-3 times a day. When hell starts to freeze I'm able to loggin before the 8pm event refresh or the final hour of the arena. I usually start trying 2 hours before to get on and then open the app every 5 mins to stay on. It's funbi love the new pokingvthe server game!

BIGGYPINES 0-46 in 9 hours is accurate. Club energy should be 1 every 12 minutes. 9*60/12=45. Normal Energy is double that, 1 every 6 minutes.

My energy is back to normal but the Allies list is still half empty with ones that haven't updated?
So like with the Arena it's split into two.
But the characters tokens aren't refreshing daily, it's annoying when you only have one character you can update (Esther Basket) and have been unable to do so for 4 days now.
And notifications are still buggy as usual, only get half the alerts of energy or arena battles.
But these have never been fixed
How the f*ck do I go from 1 to 7! Seriously!?
